个人简介：
谢佩勳(Pei-Hsin Shie)，博士，汉族，台湾省台中市人，武夷学院茶与食品学院教师，科研专长于保健食品功能評估、保健食品的功能作用机制(炎症、肥胖、胰岛素抵抗方向)、植物活性成分分析、药用植物相关科学。
学习与工作经历：
2010~2016 中国医药大学(台湾)中国药学暨中药资源学系博士
2007~2009 屏东科技大学(台湾)农园生产学系硕士
2003~2007 屏东科技大学(台湾)农园生产学系 本科
2012年起，先后在福浚生物医学有限公司(台湾)、中国医药大学营养系(台湾)、力菲克药业、力菲克生物技术有限公司、龙岩学院、武夷学院服务
主讲课程：
保健食品、全人健康、人体生理学、食品分析、食品生物技术、生物制药技术等。
