一、个人简介

韩帅,男,19869月出生,河南省商丘市人,中共党员。现为茶与食品学院专任教师。邮箱: hans@wuyiu.edu.cn

研究方向:食品营养与健康。评估食品及其活性成分降脂、抗炎等生物学功能及其分子机理的研究,开发相关功能性食品。

主讲课程:食品机械与设备,工程制图,食品分析实验,仪器分析技术实验
