A： 1. 无法打开网站：请尝试更换网络，并向官方反馈您的注册邮箱、带地址栏的报错截图、尝试时间及浏览器版本。 2. 收不到验证码：建议使用 Google Chrome 或 火狐浏览器。请再次点击发送，并检查邮箱容量，同时查看垃圾箱、推广、订阅或已删除邮件，搜索关键词“CSCA”。
Q: What if I cannot access the website or receive the verification code?
A: 1. Website Issues: Try a different network. If the problem persists, email support with your registered email, a full-page screenshot (including address bar), the attempt time (UTC+8), and browser/OS details. 2. Verification Code: Use Google Chrome or Firefox. Click Send again and check your mailbox storage. Be sure to check your Spam, Promotions, or Trash folders and search for CSCA.
